Palliative Care of South Carolina was created to provide specialized medical care for people with serious illness. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for both the patient and the family. We focus on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of advance illness by providing a team of specialists that work alongside the patient’s physicians.
With palliative care, patients will receive physical, emotional and spiritual support. The team helps to relieve pain and symptoms- such as fatigue, anxiety, shortness of breath, nausea, and depression. They also will help the patient decide the next steps; the plan and goals of care. Palliative Care of South Carolina is here to help at any stage of serious illness, regardless of age or diagnosis.
Allow us to walk by your side...our staff will work with you to focus on days filled with life instead of illness...days creating new memories rather than simply reflecting on those in the past. Palliative Care of South Carolina will be there for your family, offering comfort, care, compassion and understanding.
